OFFER / PRODUCTS / Bent laminated saf

The bent laminated glass is laminated safety glass composed of at least two sheets of glass lamiated with chemically hardened layer of resin. Production of laminated bent glass is carried out in two stages. The first stage is bending of glass sheets, which takes place in a gas furnaces. During the bake after reaching melting temperature glass takes the shape of the mold - this process is referred to as gravitational bending of glass. After obtaining the particular shape there is a stage of annealing of the glass. The second step is to combine layers of glass by lamination.

Production of laminated glass and its assessment is based on the PN- EN ISO 12543 1-6 Glass in building - Laminated glass and laminated safety glass and BS EN 14449 Glass in building - Laminated glass and laminated safety glass - Evaluation conformity of the product with the standard.
